Single-axis robot operating environment
Operating environment: 0 to 40°C
Allowable ambient relative humidity: 35 to 85% RH or less (no condensation)

■ To ensure normal operation of the controller, avoid using it in the following environments
① Environment containing sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other corrosive gases, combustible gases and flammable liquids.
② Places where there is a lot of dust and dirt.
③ Places where chips, oil and water from other machines will splash.
④ places with large vibration
⑤ Places where electromagnetic interference and electrostatic interference can be generated
⑥ Places exposed to direct sunligh

The base for mounting the robot must comply with the following conditions.
For first-time users, be sure to read the single-axis robot instruction manual.
① The mounting base is subject to a large reaction force during robot movement, so use an object with sufficient rigidity and stability.
② The flatness and levelness of the robot mounting surface of the base should be accurate within ±0.05/500mm.
③Use the specified number of bolts and a base with sufficient size to mount the robot. Do not use less than the specified number of bolts to mount the robot on the base, and avoid fixing only half of the bolts as shown in the figure below right.
